E_NOINTERFACE (0x80004002) error

Hi.
I ran Portable-VirtualBox_v3.2.12-Starter_v5.0.0-Win_all.exe and installed windows xp sp2 (same host os), It was ok. Now error appeared
"Failed to create the VirtualBox COM Object. The application will now Terminate. Callee RC: E_NOINTERFACE (0x80004002)"
How to cure it?
Same with installed version on VB.
Administrator rights.
